Request Account Deletion

ChoreZaar

You can request deletion of your ChoreZaar family account and its associated data without signing in to the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Send the request from the email address used for your family account.
  2. Include the subject line Delete my ChoreZaar account.
  3. We may reply to verify that you control the family account.

What we delete

After verification, we delete the Firebase Authentication account and the associated Firestore family data, including family member profiles, chores, rewards, point activity, and claims.

When deletion is completed

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Information that must be retained by law or de-identified crash diagnostics may remain subject to Firebase retention practices.
